Northwest Comic Convention

New Portland Comic Convention Debuts This June

Terry's Comics, Harley Yee's Comics and Big Ron's Comics have announced the launch of a new convention, the Northwest Comic Convention in Portland, Oregon. The Northwest Comic Convention will take place Sunday, June 7, 2009 and run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Both admission and parking are free for this event, which will be held at the Holiday Inn at the Portland International Airport.

Confirmed guests at this time are Bernie Wrightston & Bruce Jones.

“We will be bringing many Silver Age and Bronze Age CGC-certified comic books that will be offered at this show for the first time,” said Terry O’Neil of Terry’s Comics.“

Winner is determined by audience response. Any trek language and/or English is acceptable, but people are going to bring kids to this so please restrict your swear words to Klingon, not English.
