Every year, the Giant Robot Appreciation Society, the Japanese animation club for The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, holds a free, one-day convention on the campus to promote Japanese animation. This year will be the 10-year anniversary!
We'll be doing director retrospectives on Katsuhiro Otomo, Mamoru Oshii, and Satoshi Kon, showcasing some of their lesser-known works. There will also be gaming rooms, cosplay, and other fun things. If you happen to be in the area, please drop by!For more info, visit our website!
