It includes 49 Washington high school teams competing in “Lunacy,” a game akin to dodge ball on the moon with zero gravity. Each team works with a professional mentor and a common kit of parts made up of motors, batteries, a control system, and a mix of automation components – but no instructions. They’ll have six weeks to design and build robots to meet this year’s challenge.
